ABBYY is seeking a Finance Analyst – G&A Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to our global General & Administrative functions, including HR, Legal, IT, and Finance. You will provide financial insights that drive operational efficiency, cost management, and data-driven decision-making for a growing global organization.
What You'll Do
- Partner directly with G&A function stakeholders to develop, manage, and monitor budgets, headcount plans, and forecasts.
- Support monthly and quarterly close processes, including expense reclassifications and detailed variance analyses against forecast and budget.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify cost drivers, efficiencies, and investment opportunities across G&A departments.
- Design and maintain dynamic dashboards, financial models, and performance tracking tools to support real-time decision-making.
- Prepare executive-level reporting packages with insightful commentary and actionable recommendations.
- Ensure the accurate and consistent allocation of shared service costs across global entities.
- Contribute to the annual budgeting and long-range strategic planning processes with scenario modeling and risk analysis.
- Deliver financial support for special initiatives, business cases, and process improvement projects.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), within a total of 4–5 years of overall experience in Finance or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in English, MS-Office tools, and strong analytical and modeling capabilities.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and the relationship between financial statements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence across functions.
- A highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven professional with a continuous improvement mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting G&A functions such as HR, Legal, IT, and/or Finance.
- Familiarity with FP&A platforms like Vena, Adaptive Insights, or Anaplan, as well as NetSuite and PowerBI.
- Previous experience in a multinational or matrixed environment.
