Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on commissioning, troubleshooting, service, and repair
- Provide high level technical support to customers at their location, handle warranty requests and respond to customer questions
- Provide on-site equipment training to the customers
- Create field service reports and maintain service information in the company enterprise database
- Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits
- Timely complete and submit all required paperwork
- Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions

- Must be able to read prints and schematics
- Must be technically competent with mechanics and software programs
- Must have good communication skills with customers and colleagues
- Must be able to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
