GE HealthCare is looking for a Field Service Engineer 2 (Imaging) to support our medical equipment at customer sites in and around Panama City, FL. You will ensure the optimal performance of critical imaging systems within a hospital or healthcare system environment. This role is hybrid, working onsite at customer locations and occasionally from a home office.
What You'll Do
- Perform timely and accurate preventative maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting on medical equipment.
- Maintain customer relationships through timely communication, issue resolution, and proper follow-up to drive satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and hospital protocols to meet all regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Ensure complete documentation of all work performed, including the ordering of parts.
What We're Looking For
- An Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, military education, and a minimum of 3 years servicing electrical equipment; OR a High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of experience servicing electrical equipment.
- A minimum of 2 years of specific experience servicing Imaging equipment.
- A valid Driver's License.
- Ability to be available after-hours and/or work a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends.
