Luminus is hiring a Field Sales Manager to oversee commercial activities and drive performance in the Liège-Luxembourg region. You will be the primary regional contact for retail points and partner organizations, responsible for managing and coaching a team of sales partners.
What You'll Do
- Drive regional commercial performance by developing and implementing action plans.
- Manage and coach assigned commercial partners, including energy advisors, coaches, and team leaders, on a daily basis.
- Act as the main regional point of contact for retail points and partner organizations, from field up to management level.
- Coordinate all commercial and operational activities within your assigned zone.
- Support commercial excellence through training, coaching sessions, events, and incentive programs.
- Monitor results and operational quality by tracking KPIs, handling issues, and reporting performance.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a commercial or business-oriented field.
- Bilingual in French and Dutch, with a good knowledge of English.
- At least two years of experience in commercial management, field sales, or sales coaching.
- Strong commercial sense combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, flexibility, motivation, and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Comfortable with travel several days per week and thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Team & Environment
Part of the Retail – Direct Sales (DISA) organization, working closely with national retail partners and sales agencies. You will report to the Sales Manager.

Work Mode
