JOB OVERVIEW: This role focuses on overseeing B2B sales operations within a designated geographic area. The position requires consistent consultative engagement with all accounts to expand merchandise, equipment, and service sales among existing customers, while prioritizing new customer acquisition and communicating Henry Schein's core value proposition. The incumbent is expected to establish robust business relationships centered on addressing customer needs across business practices, products, and services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Accountable for achieving quarterly and annual sales Gross Profit goals through active participation in critical sales initiatives and programs. - Coordinate sales activities within the territory using comprehensive team selling strategies to address industry and customer complexities. - Develop, manage, and enhance Merchandise, Equipment, and Service Sales in a specified territory through direct consultative interactions and regular business reviews. - Proactively identify sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and digital platforms. - Implement strategic approaches utilizing company resources, tools, and initiatives to increase market penetration across product lines and solutions. - Participate in sales meetings, industry events, conventions, seminars, and training programs as directed to foster deeper customer relationships.
