As a Field Flex Agent, you operate as an independent contractor with the freedom to manage your own workload while supporting clients in the single-family rental space. This role is designed for licensed real estate professionals in Florida who want flexibility, supplemental income, and ongoing engagement in real estate without the demands of a traditional agency role.
What You’ll Do
- Perform property walk-thrus and routine home visits to assess condition and occupancy
- Conduct weekly property check-ins and document findings with accuracy
- Attend vendor meetings and assist with coordination related to property transactions
- Support contract-to-close activities with attention to detail and timeliness
- Complete assigned field tasks according to established quality standards
- Maintain professional communication and service delivery
- Manage your schedule and workflow independently
What We Require
- Residency near one of the following areas: Orlando, Tampa, Miami, Jacksonville, Fort Myers, or Fort Lauderdale
- An active real estate license in the state where services are performed
- Reliable transportation for property visits and field assignments
- Access to a smartphone and computer for communication, documentation, and task tracking
- Strong organizational abilities and experience managing multiple assignments
- Proficiency with digital tools including CRM platforms, G-Suite, Slack, and MacOS
- Timely execution of tasks with a focus on accuracy and completeness
Preferred Experience
Background in real estate transactions—such as traditional sales, iBuying, or transaction coordination—is a plus.

Salesforce, CRM systems, G-Suite, Slack, and MacOS.
Compensation & Flexibility
You are paid per completed task, which may include property inspections, home visits, vendor coordination, and closing support. There are no commission splits on external transactions beyond a 10% administrative fee retained by the company. Agents keep 90% of any commission earned through their own buyer or seller deals. Work on your own terms—choose tasks that fit your availability and location.
