Responsibilities
- Split time between on-site work at construction locations and remote diagnostics using building management systems, with regular travel expected
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems with both new and existing equipment in the field, delivering prompt fixes
- Maintain advanced expertise in all company product lines
- Collaborate with engineering, service, sales, and clients to ensure optimal results on installed systems
- Attend construction coordination meetings and system startups on location to support project success
- Evaluate performance data from operational equipment using the CASLink monitoring platform to identify opportunities for product enhancements
- Apply knowledge of mechanical building systems to assess customer applications and recommend operational improvements
- Deliver training sessions to external contractors on proper use and maintenance of products
- Submit detailed reports to the Regional Manager and other departments regarding customer feedback, product performance, and quality concerns
