About the Role

This role involves deploying, servicing, and troubleshooting medical diagnostic instruments at customer locations, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to technical specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Install new diagnostic systems at healthcare facilities
  • Perform routine maintenance on laboratory equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with instrumentation
  • Ensure equipment meets operational standards after service
  • Follow safety protocols during on-site visits
  • Document service activities and outcomes
  • Respond to customer-reported system malfunctions
  • Calibrate devices according to manufacturer guidelines
  • Provide technical training to end users
  • Coordinate with internal teams for parts and support
  • Maintain accurate service logs and reports
  • Adhere to regulatory compliance standards
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware integration issues
  • Escalate complex problems when necessary
  • Support product upgrades and modifications
  • Minimize equipment downtime through proactive maintenance
  • Communicate clearly with clients during service calls
  • Follow up on unresolved issues until resolution
  • Transport tools and equipment to job sites
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through reliable service
  • Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools
  • Stay current with product updates and technical changes
  • Comply with company policies and procedures
  • Support remote diagnostics when applicable
