About the Role

Responsibilities
- Install new diagnostic systems at healthcare facilities
- Perform routine maintenance on laboratory equipment
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with instrumentation
- Ensure equipment meets operational standards after service
- Follow safety protocols during on-site visits
- Document service activities and outcomes
- Respond to customer-reported system malfunctions
- Calibrate devices according to manufacturer guidelines
- Provide technical training to end users
- Coordinate with internal teams for parts and support
- Maintain accurate service logs and reports
- Adhere to regulatory compliance standards
- Troubleshoot software and hardware integration issues
- Escalate complex problems when necessary
- Support product upgrades and modifications
- Minimize equipment downtime through proactive maintenance
- Communicate clearly with clients during service calls
- Follow up on unresolved issues until resolution
- Transport tools and equipment to job sites
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Ensure customer satisfaction through reliable service
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools

- Support remote diagnostics when applicable
