The Zscaler Field Compliance team comprises passionate professionals leveraging Governance, Risk, and Compliance to enhance customer security profiles. We're seeking an experienced Field Compliance Program Manager to support our core team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Field Compliance, responsibilities include: - Providing field support - pre/post sales compliance efforts, customer assessments, security questionnaires, training, executive briefings - Delivering thought leadership through white papers, product guides, blogs, collateral, event speaking, and executive engagement - Reviewing global policies, laws, regulations, standards, and providing compliance guidance to product management and engineering teams - Managing customer compliance dashboards for certifications, authorizations, reports, and knowledge base distribution Minimum Qualifications: - 5+ years Governance, Risk, and Compliance in cybersecurity - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Strong technical networking and security technology background - Experience with NIST frameworks, SDLC, HITRUST, HECVAT, FISMA, FedRAMP authorization programs - Exceptional communication skills at business and technical levels Preferred Qualifications: - Security and Compliance certifications (CISSP, CISA, CRISC) - Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Cloud Security Alliance) - Field enablement planning proficiency Base Pay Range: $105,000 - $150,000 USD Zscaler offers comprehensive benefits, emphasizing inclusivity and supporting diverse employee needs.
