National General (Allstate) is hiring a Field Auto Claims Representative I or II in Oklahoma. You will be responsible for creating and auditing comprehensive estimates for 1st and 3rd party auto material damage claims, leading to proper settlement and disposition. This role includes training, mentoring, controlling quality, and providing technical assistance on material damage claims.
What You'll Do
- Create or audit estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses of all severities.
- Possess a deep understanding of the content of all policy types written by the company.
- Negotiate settlements, make settlement payments, and document all activities in complex files across multiple lines.
- Evaluate settlement alternatives by reviewing regulatory compliance and fair claims practices to decide on the best option.
- Build mastered relationships with both internal and external customers across multiple lines.
What We're Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license for the state of Oklahoma.
Nice to Have
- 4-year Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2 or more years of relevant experience.
Team & Environment
This job does not have supervisory duties.
Benefits & Compensation
- Hourly pay range: $26.20 to $38.50.
Work Mode
This is a local-city field position in Oklahoma. The ideal candidate is located in the areas of Moore, Norman, Ardmore, Pauls Valley or their surrounding communities.
