Responsibilities
- Organize and format marketing collateral, including proposals, presentations, and qualification packages, in alignment with established branding standards.
- Proactively communicate and meet deadlines to ensure timely delivery of proposal and project pursuit materials.
- Assist in researching, coordinating, and facilitating client events, conferences, and engagement activities.
- Support the preparation of proposals by collecting, validating, and organizing essential documentation and data.
- Compile relevant information to support interview planning, team qualifications, and supporting exhibits.
- Maintain and update marketing databases with client records, project details, resumes, and contact information.
- Support the gathering, evaluation, and dissemination of market and client insights to guide strategic initiatives.
- Conduct research on federal markets, agencies, and prospective clients to advance business development goals.
- Assist in drafting and preparing submissions for awards and recognitions.
