Capgemini is hiring an FBS IT Asset Management Specialist to be responsible for the implementation, negotiation, and monitoring of asset programs. You will prepare reports and perform analysis to proactively identify savings and improvements, while providing consulting advice to Architecture and Project teams to optimize software and hardware solutions.
What You'll Do
- Maintain a Software License Repository and asset register that is accurate, effectively controlled, and updated to ensure efficient and effective management of the estate.
- Proactively manage the software license pool to ensure Zurich is not exposed to under-licensing of applications and optimizing the cost of over-licensing.
- Use proper processes and practices for managing and administering a variety of contractual agreements, such as contract renewals.
- Support internal and vendor license audits and manage the plan to address findings.
- Oversee delivery of hardware and asset management services from outsourcing provider.
- Analyze complex software licensing and deployment data for data center software to determine license compliance.
What We're Looking For
- 2 years as an IT Asset Management Specialist at level 1 and/or 3+ years of experience in Asset Management.
- Intermediate experience (2-4 Years) with Flexera.
- Intermediate experience (4-6 Years) with Excel.
- Entry Level experience (1-3 Years) with SQL.
- Intermediate experience (4-6 Years) with Office Suite.
- Advanced skills in Software Asset Management.
- Advanced skills in Software Audit.
- Advanced skills in Risk Assessment.
- Advanced skills in Critical Thinking.
- Advanced skills in Software Cost Analysis.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Management.
- Entry Level experience (1-2 Years) with Power BI.
- Entry Level experience (1-3 Years) with AI Tools.
