Capgemini is seeking a Director of Business Transformation to serve a key client, a large US insurer. In this role, you will function as a strategic leader and liaison, driving transformation by connecting business goals with technology execution and fostering collaboration across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key project stakeholders across business and IT.
- Act as a liaison and bridge between business units and technology teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from risk, compliance, HR, claims, operations, and other lines of business to promote value streams and break down silos.
- Anticipate organizational needs and partner with business leaders to develop effective solutions.
- Challenge leaders across business units on their assumptions about processes and scope to secure desired outcomes.
- Perform impact analysis of application changes across various components, maintaining an end-to-end view of the system.
- Understand customer objectives, processes, and products to make educated recommendations.
- Lead users in building a business case, including cost/benefit analysis, risk assessment, and high-level plan development.
- Communicate to project stakeholders how functional design may impact downstream data sources and change management efforts.
- Oversee and lead business requirement gathering and analysis through business modeling.
- Lead the strategic narrative and scope of the initiative throughout the lifetime of the project.
- Coordinate across business leaders to create executive presentations to secure steer, approval, and awareness.
- Accelerate a cross-functional approach by leading detailed requirement workshops with stakeholders and project managers.
- Identify interconnectivity between projects and their inputs, managing stakeholders to optimize outputs.
- Perform quality review checks on project deliverables.
- Lead the syndication of business requirements and Strategy Execution Team (SET) best practices across the organization.
