Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is looking for a Facility Trainer to play a key role in developing our workforce. In this position, you will be responsible for providing essential training through various methods to ensure operational excellence and safety.
What You'll Do
- Provide company, regulatory, carrier, or practical training for individuals and groups, including both new hires and tenured employees.
- Create milestones and develop training plans to achieve learning objectives.
- Conduct skill needs assessments to identify specific gaps, training objectives, and changes in procedures.
- Coordinate training sessions and re-certifications, ensuring consistency in design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Observe employees to determine training program effectiveness and identify additional requirements.
- Comply with all safety policies and report unsafe activities to the supervisor and Safety Manager.
- Maintain accurate training rosters and records in compliance with recordkeeping requirements.
What We're Looking For
- HS Diploma, GED, or Equivalent.
- Current WFS or Carrier Instructor Certification.
- Current qualification and hands-on experience in the subject matter you will be training.

- A minimum of 6 months of related operational experience.
