Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain the foundational or enhanced express maintenance framework according to official program guidelines
- Conduct dealership consultations focused on express maintenance as specified in program materials
- Deliver remote and on-site classroom instruction to dealer teams based on the express maintenance curriculum
- Provide hands-on, in-dealership training for staff as directed by program standards
- Offer post-training phone-based support to dealership personnel
- Ensure prompt and thorough execution of dealer-specific action plans
- Apply industry best practices in express service operations including scheduling, customer greeting, repair workflows, quality checks, invoicing, vehicle return, and post-service follow-up
- Maintain regular communication with OEM national and regional representatives
- Submit detailed monthly field activity reports
- Submit weekly timesheets and expense documentation accurately and on schedule
