Highland Spring Group is hiring an Export Sales Operations Co-ordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This integral role focuses on managing and streamlining our export operations, working closely with various teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfilment. You will act as a liaison between sales, production, and logistics, evaluating performance against key performance indicators and proposing improvements.
What You'll Do
- Handle all export bookings and communicate with logistics providers
- Process customer orders, invoicing, and manage inventory
- Coordinate shipping schedules with production timelines
- Participate in weekly and monthly sales and operational meetings
- Provide support for customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Oversee the logistics of our export sales
- Coordinate key customer communications
- Manage inventory levels effectively
- Ensure compliance with all relevant export regulations
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in export operations or logistics coordination
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- A good understanding of export documentation and compliance requirements

Work Mode
This is a hybrid position primarily based at our Ochils site in Blackford, Perthshire, with regular work from our Edinburgh location.
