HENSOLDT is looking for an Export Control Working Student to support our team in ensuring full compliance with all national and international export control laws and regulations. In this role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain the highest standards of regulatory adherence.
What You'll Do
- Support the organization, planning, and execution of internal projects within the Export Control department.
- Participate in the analysis, documentation, and further development of export control-relevant processes.
- Maintain and create project documentation, including status reports, action lists, and schedules.
- Track project progress, milestones, and open actions in close coordination with project managers.
- Coordinate and prepare meetings, workshops, and coordination rounds within the department and with stakeholders.
- Support the department with general administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, Law, Logistics Management, Process Management, or a comparable field.
- Interest in foreign trade affairs and process design.
- Very good MS Office skills.
- Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
- Team player with a flexible working style.

- Affinity for the security and defense industry.

You will be part of the Export Control department, working closely with team members and relevant internal stakeholders such as Legal, Sales, Supply Chain, and Compliance.
Work Mode
This is a local, on-site role located in Ulm and Taufkirchen.
