About the Role
Drive adoption of array-based solutions across Latin America by leading sales initiatives, building strategic relationships, and supporting key accounts with technical and commercial expertise.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales plans for array products in Latin American markets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with academic, clinical, and commercial customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with market needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of array technology and competitive landscape
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams
- Support customer onboarding and post-sale implementation processes
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand visibility
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders and decision makers
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal sales policies
- Coordinate with technical support for customer-specific requirements
- Advocate for customer needs internally to improve service delivery
- Track and report on sales performance metrics
