Keller Executive Search is hiring an Executive Office Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to our executive search professionals. You will ensure seamless operations and contribute to client success in high-stakes talent acquisition for our global firm.
What You'll Do
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain filing systems and manage documents related to client projects.
- Conduct research to assist with candidate sourcing and client needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients and candidates for a professional experience.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and workshops.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Works well independently and in a team.
- Adaptable in a dynamic environment.
