GQS GmbH is looking for an Executive Influencer Marketing professional to take full ownership of campaigns from concept to delivery. You will build lasting creator relationships and be the essential link between creators, clients, and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution and measurable results.
What You'll Do
- Manage influencer communication and relationships with a focus on long-term retention.
- Lead end-to-end campaigns: from creator sourcing and selection to briefing, contracting, tracking, and final delivery.
- Coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables across internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor KPIs in real time, optimizing execution for maximum performance.
- Create detailed campaign reports and share actionable optimization opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, PR, or project management.
- Clear and confident communication in both German and English.
- Ability to take full ownership of tasks and manage them independently.
- Accurate budget tracking and comfort working in Excel/Google Sheets.
