This role is central to maintaining operational efficiency within a globally distributed organization. You will manage intricate calendars across multiple time zones, ensuring leaders’ time is allocated effectively and priorities are consistently aligned. Your coordination will span internal teams and external partners, requiring clear, proactive communication and meticulous follow-up on action items.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and optimize executive schedules, adjusting dynamically to shifting priorities and urgent demands
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders at all levels, preparing agendas, summaries, and follow-up documentation
- Serve as a trusted liaison between leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and timely execution
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and structured information systems using digital collaboration tools
- Monitor ongoing projects, flag potential delays, and support deadline adherence across departments
- Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks with precision and discretion
Qualifications
You bring at least 2–3 years of experience in executive or operational support roles, with a proven ability to manage competing demands efficiently. Strong written and spoken English is essential, along with exceptional organizational skills and a reliable, detail-oriented approach.
- Experience in international or remote-first environments is highly valued
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Notion, or similar platforms is preferred
- Prior experience supporting senior leaders is an advantage
Work Environment
This is a full-time, 100% remote position based in Lebanon, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time, including a one-hour break. Overtime is required as needed and fully compensated. You will operate within a structured, execution-focused culture that values accountability, proactive problem-solving, and clear communication across global teams.
