What You'll Do
Coordinate and maintain complex calendars across multiple time zones, ensuring leadership availability aligns with strategic priorities. Schedule and prepare for meetings involving internal teams and external partners, following up on action items to maintain momentum. Serve as a key point of contact between executives and other departments, promoting clear, timely communication.
Organize and maintain structured records, documents, and summaries to support decision-making. Track ongoing projects and deadlines, proactively flagging potential delays. Adapt quickly to shifting demands, balancing competing priorities with precision. Support daily operational tasks and contribute to smooth, consistent workflows across teams.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience providing executive support, coordination, or administrative operations
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and a reliable, consistent work approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks without compromising accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in international or globally distributed environments
- Prior support of senior management teams
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Notion, or comparable collaboration tools
