- Compile and distribute pre-read materials ahead of key discussions
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping for executive-level decisions
- Assist in onboarding new team members within the department
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely delivery of executive deliverables
- Streamline communication flow between departments and leadership
- Act as a gatekeeper to optimize executive time and focus
- Support special projects related to pricing and revenue strategy
- Maintain organized filing systems for digital and physical documents
