Keller Executive Search is hiring a remote Executive Assistant to provide top-tier, strategic support to senior executives at our global executive search firm. You will streamline operations and drive success by managing critical administrative functions, enabling our leaders to focus on high-impact recruitment. What You'll Do

  • Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize meetings, and handle confidential travel logistics.
  • Draft, edit, and prepare high-level correspondence, executive reports, and strategic presentations.
  • Oversee document management for sensitive client files and project tracking.
  • Perform in-depth research to support executive decisions, candidate profiles, and market insights.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on ad-hoc projects and executive initiatives.
  • Liaise with high-profile clients and candidates, ensuring polished and professional interactions.
  • Plan and execute executive events, board meetings, and leadership workshops.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and tools like Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills for fast-paced environments.
  • Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Keen attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively within teams.
  • An adaptable mindset for dynamic priorities.
