RemoteVA PH is hiring an Executive Assistant specialized in Accounting and Business Operations. In this role, you will provide critical support by monitoring business listings, managing financial processes, and ensuring smooth operational workflows.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and manage business listings across multiple platforms.
- Communicate professionally with business sellers via calls and emails.
- Draft, proofread, and send correspondence with flawless English grammar and tone.
- Assist with daily administrative and executive support tasks.
- Handle Accounts Payable functions, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment scheduling.
- Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including billing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support bookkeeping tasks.
- Prepare reports, maintain organized documentation, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth business operations.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role.
- Solid knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Experience with accounting software like QuickBooks or Xero.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (must sound natural and professional).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in an accounting firm is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or business listing platforms.
