About the Role

EverCommerce Solutions Inc. is hiring an Implementation Manager for its Briostack software, a SaaS-based ERP for pest control companies. In this role, you will guide high-profile and enterprise customers from sign-on through their transition to a Customer Success Manager. You will be responsible for the full account implementation, including onboarding, training, support, and best-practice guidance.

What You'll Do

  • Train customers to transition from old to new ways of thinking about their business operations.
  • Consult with customers to understand their business and recommend best practices in software use.
  • Handle customer support calls during the Engagement process.
  • Train customers and their staff in software use both online and in person.
  • Manage data migration with high attention to detail.
  • Nurture customer relationships to build trust and ensure success.
  • Participate in creating and updating best practices for the role and department.
  • Operate across department boundaries to resolve customer needs.
  • Consistently increase your knowledge of the software and the pest control industry.
  • Collaborate with other departments when necessary to help customers succeed.
  • Help customers become experts on the product, using all features to the fullest.
  • Potentially travel and work over 40 hours when necessary.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience delivering technology training in a corporate setting, both in-person and via the web.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Customer service or support experience.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project development experience.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or associate degree with comparable experience.
  • Ability to work well across departments.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively.

Nice to Have

  • Data conversion or migration experience.
  • Software Implementation experience.

Team & Environment

You will be part of the client services team at EverCommerce, working collaboratively to ensure customer success.

  • Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 USD per year on-target earnings (base + commissions).
