Responsibilities
- Concept Development: Identify cultural trends and communities to develop innovative, brand-aligned event concepts and live experiences.
- Event Production: Manage the full event lifecycle, including logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, and seamless on-site execution.
- Guest & Partner Curation: Build relationships with creators and brands while curating guest lists that align with the brand strategy.
- Hospitality & Hosting: Oversee guest management and on-site hosting to ensure a premium, high-quality experience at every touchpoint.
- Performance Optimization: Track KPIs and analyze event data to derive insights and recommendations to continuously improve future formats.
Requirements
- Relevant degree in business, event management or marketing and experience in event production, experiential marketing and hospitality
- Strong sense for culture and trends with the ability to turn creative ideas into executable event concepts
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to communicate confidently with various stakeholders
- Hands-on, detail oriented and you are flexible regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends (when required)
- Full fluency in English
