What You'll Do
- Maintain actuarial data and generate model points for Embedded Value analysis of movement.
- Produce monthly reporting of EV-related financial KPIs with detailed commentary.
- Deliver quarterly EV reporting and conduct relevant analysis.
- Participate in annual business planning and stress testing exercises.
- Contribute to special projects related to financial management and valuation process transformation.
- Maintain proper documentation and controls within your area of responsibility.
- Enhance actuarial reporting processes to improve accuracy, control, and work efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with other teams for efficient reporting production.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of relevant actuarial or financial reporting experience.
- Good progress in actuarial examinations from a recognized professional actuarial body.
- A degree in Actuarial Science or a related discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Finance, etc.).
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Reporting experience in Actuarial Valuation roles and management of KPIs such as New Business Profit (NBP), operating experience variance, and operating free surplus generation.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively to drive outcomes.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Prophet ALS model, DCS, or other data processing/programming languages is an advantage.
