Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Estonian Speaking Remote Support Specialist to provide outstanding remote support to Estonian-speaking clients, assisting them with various technical issues and inquiries. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering effective solutions promptly.
What You'll Do
- Provide excellent remote support to Estonian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking services.
- Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and support processes.
- Keep abreast of product knowledge and technological updates to assist customers effectively.
- Engage in continuous training and professional development initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a dedication to customer service.
- Able to work effectively and independently in a remote environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Valid EU Passport or ID is required for employment eligibility.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in customer support or a technical role.
- A strong interest in technology and the ability to troubleshoot various technical issues.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, software applications, and hardware.
