What You'll Do
Manage estate administration and probate processes from initiation through final resolution. Represent clients in litigation involving will challenges, fiduciary accountability, and other contested estate matters. Appear regularly in Virginia courts and handle hearings, motions, and dispute resolution.
Work closely with attorneys and legal staff across multiple office locations, contributing to a coordinated approach for client representation. Maintain consistent communication with clients, judicial offices, and opposing counsel to ensure timely and effective outcomes. Prepare and file legal documents, track critical deadlines, and advocate on behalf of clients in adversarial proceedings.
Requirements
- Active license to practice law in Virginia
- Proven courtroom experience in Virginia jurisdictions
- Direct background in estate litigation is strongly preferred
