Attain Partners is seeking an ERP & Finance Transformation Consulting Manager to lead strategic consulting engagements focused on ERP and Finance transformation for mission-driven clients. In this pivotal advisory role, you will shape vision, guide transformation journeys, and align technology investments with mission outcomes.

What You'll Do

Lead strategic engagements across enterprise transformation, IT modernization, and organizational design.
Conduct ERP readiness assessments, develop roadmaps, and advise on ERP-related decisions.
Collaborate with executive clients to define vision, evaluate options, and align technology with mission outcomes.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment through workshops, interviews, and executive briefings.
Collaborate across practices with delivery teams in ERP implementation, modernization, and analytics to ensure strategic coherence.
Contribute to practice growth through methodology development, thought leadership, and internal capability building.

What We're Looking For

5-8 years of experience in management or technology consulting.
Material client project experience in Finance business process analysis and ERP transformation (e.g., current state assessment, software selection, implementation).
Previous employment as a management or technology consultant at a recognized professional services organization.
Strong foundational knowledge of Finance business processes, common challenges, and best practices.
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
Ability to lead client engagements independently and collaboratively.
Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of and material client project experience with Workday or Oracle Finance is strongly preferred.
ERP certification in Workday or Oracle Finance is preferred.
Experience working with mission-driven sectors such as higher education, nonprofit, and state and local government is preferred.
Experience supporting business development efforts such as proposal writing and sourcing new business for existing clients is preferred.

Salary: $150,000 - $175,000
