Responsibilities
- Sells dental equipment to potential clients while ensuring an exceptional customer experience and maximizing profit margins.
- Meets or exceeds yearly sales targets set in coordination with the regional equipment manager.
- Promotes and explains the company’s preferred customer program, advanced technology solutions, and financing options effectively.
- Collaborates with the National Design Team to offer office layout planning and coordinates site preparation with clients, contractors, and lead technicians.
- Prepares and finalizes equipment purchase agreements with signed customer documentation and complete project records.
- Ensures adherence to sales terms, including collecting deposits, obtaining signatures, and securing final payments or financing paperwork prior to delivery.
- Presents and actively promotes financing services from the company on every sales proposal.
- Attends or maintains contact during equipment installations, tracks progress, and ensures timely completion of follow-up tasks to client satisfaction.
- Instructs customers on proper equipment usage and maintenance, may coordinate walkthroughs with lead technicians, and joins field consultants to generate leads and support training.
- Trains field sales staff on product knowledge and collaborates with the equipment coordinator to share timely project updates.
- Takes part in assigned special initiatives and fulfills additional tasks as needed.
- Maintains consistent performance in line with company expectations for productivity and quality, following all internal policies and global business standards.
- Follows all organizational guidelines and behavioral expectations when carrying out job functions and assignments.
