Schlumberger is hiring an Equipment Readiness Associate (Operator) to ensure our division's equipment is delivered on time and meets all operational demands. In this role, you'll be instrumental in improving equipment reliability, increasing utilization, and reducing the overall cost of service delivery.

What You'll Do

Assist the Equipment Readiness Lead and Engineer in preparing equipment for jobs.
Perform noninvasive maintenance for the final preparation of surface and downhole equipment and ready boxes.
Execute assigned work orders via the Computerized Maintenance Management System, ensuring compliance with standards and data accuracy.
Prepare and organize documentation for activities including calibrations, function tests, material certifications, and inspections.
Prepare equipment and critical spares for shipment and stage them in designated loading zones.
Load equipment onto trucks as needed.
Receive equipment returning to the Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) base after Logistics offloads.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency in equipment readiness and asset utilization.
Comply with all Division TLM standards and the Competency Management System.
