ALDO Group is looking for an Equipment Foreman to oversee crews and manage equipment, ensuring our telecom construction projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. You will maintain a safe and productive work environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead crews to meet project timelines.
- Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
- Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates.
- Oversee and help with training of crew members.
- Help ensure everyone follows company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
- Maintain production notes and DOT paperwork.
- Operate heavy equipment and machinery, and complete maintenance.
- Perform work in all weather conditions.
What We're Looking For
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
- A valid driver’s license.
- At least three years of related experience.
Nice to Have
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience.
- Previous Foreman experience.
