Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for EPIC/Cerner implementations, upgrades, or integrations.
- Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, clinical analysts, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies; proactively resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.
- Manage stakeholder communication, status reporting, and executive updates.
- Oversee UAT, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
