Ontic is seeking an Enterprise Success Manager - East to ensure our clients realize the maximum value from our Protective Intelligence technology platform, directly contributing to client retention. You will own the full post-sales client lifecycle, acting as the voice of Ontic to the client and the voice of the client to Ontic.
What You'll Do
- Drive Ontic Platform adoption, focusing on helping clients achieve their core business objectives.
- Own all client communication to ensure a streamlined and positive client experience.
- Identify growth potential for clients related to additional platform functionality or service opportunities.
- Coordinate with Sales colleagues to execute on identified growth opportunities.
- Forecast client renewals and execute on strategies to ensure retention.
- Orchestrate internal cross-functional teams to represent the client's voice in product and strategic decisions.
- Work collaboratively to address client challenges with a sense of urgency.
- Seek out opportunities to help scale the Client Success team efficiently using tools like Salesforce, Pendo, Domo, and JIRA.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Success, or Client Services at an enterprise SaaS company.
- Extremely organized with the ability to multitask and manage multiple clients with competing priorities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience working in cross-functional teams and presenting to business executives.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Pendo, Domo, JIRA, and ChurnZero.
- Corporate Security or Executive Protection acumen is a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%, based on business needs.

This role follows a local-city work mode. Candidates should be located in the Eastern US, with preference for the Boston, Philadelphia, or New York City areas.
