About the Role

The role involves identifying and securing new enterprise clients by leading end-to-end sales cycles, building relationships, and aligning solutions with customer needs in complex environments.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
  • Provide feedback from customers to product and strategy teams
  • Ensure alignment between client needs and service offerings
  • Manage multiple concurrent sales opportunities
  • Use CRM tools to track progress and forecast accurately
  • Support onboarding of newly acquired clients
  • Advocate for customer interests internally
  • Respond to complex RFPs and procurement processes
