SmithRx is hiring an Enterprise Pricing Analyst to help drive company growth by supporting the presales process for large 'Enterprise' clients. In this role, you will conduct deep-dive claims analysis and create high-quality deliverables to help illustrate the SmithRx value proposition to potential clients, consultants, and benefit brokers.
What You'll Do
- Independently query large data sets and generate ad hoc analysis with clear insights
- Leverage historical claims data to provide reprice reporting for risk assessment and management
- Assist in preparing Enterprise-grade deliverables for sales that illustrate the company’s value
- Ensure high quality, client-ready deliverables through an audit process and personal accountability
- Execute deep-dive analyses into large datasets and provide clear insights on findings
- Clearly communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners through email, slack, phone, and video calls
- Provide ad hoc analysis to illustrate other potential impacts of implementing SmithRx
- Lean in on non-Enterprise RFP pipeline and related areas when the Enterprise pipeline is low
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of professional experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and develop key insights
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Looker, and Tableau
- Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to Have
- Experience in software, employee benefits, or healthcare industries is a plus
