Centene is looking for an Enterprise Platforms Product Analyst II to shape product strategy and delivery for a key domain. You will be integral to analyzing and guiding the end-to-end lifecycle of product functionality.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Business Analysts to define and capture requirements for feature enhancements and new functionality
- Collaborate with engineering leadership on product delivery, resourcing needs, and timeline shifts
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
- Write Stories, Spikes, and Features with clear outcomes, milestones, and acceptance criteria
- Draft priority of the feature backlog and lead refinement sessions
- Assist with performance measurement for your defined product
- Monitor daily product metrics, product testing results, and overall product outcomes
- Execute the testing and validation of product features and functions as required
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
- 2 – 4 years of related professional experience
Nice to Have
- 4+ years of experience with agile software development practices, technology program and project management, or business analysis
