At Probook, you will own the success of our highest-value enterprise accounts, driving key business outcomes from post-deployment through renewal and expansion. We are a cash-flow positive, product-market fit proven startup scaling within a $700B industry.
What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of Probook's largest and most strategic accounts, with direct responsibility for GRR, NRR, and expansion targets.
- Manage the full post-launch relationship from Go-Live through renewal, including quarterly business reviews, health checks, escalation management, and expansion strategies.
- Work cross-functionally with Deployment, Product, and Leadership teams to surface customer feedback, resolve blockers, and address product gaps impacting retention.
What We're Looking For
- NYC-based with availability in-office 5 days per week.
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success or Account Management with direct ownership of GRR, NRR, and expansion metrics.
- Proven startup experience (Series A–D stage).
- Demonstrated ownership of a book of business with accounts of $100,000+ ACV.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder accounts with 3+ decision makers or distinct business units.
- A track record running executive-level business reviews and owning commercial conversations, including renewals, upsells, and escalations.
Nice to Have
- Vertical SaaS or field operations software experience.
- Home services industry experience.
