Call Center Advisor – Service & Support Role Full-time Company Description Our organization specializes in recruiting, training, and managing remote Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) who support national brands in customer service, tech support, and sales. Our secure, cloud-based infrastructure enables CSRs to work from home while delivering professional service. We are currently recruiting skilled and service-oriented professionals to join our team as Customer Service Agents. In this role, you will manage inbound customer interactions for major brands, utilizing our provided systems to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a phone-based customer service position offering schedule flexibility and the ability to provide support from your designated workspace. A comprehensive onboarding and client certification process is mandatory before servicing can commence.
