Smava GmbH is looking for an Enterprise Architecture Support Consultant to join our transformation efforts. In this role, you will assist the Enterprise Architecture team in designing a new architecture framework and mapping a complex application landscape of ~600-700 applications. You will contribute to hands-on IT transformation work in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
- Support the development of a new enterprise architecture framework, including rules, descriptions, and processes tailored to a new business unit.
- Assist in the operational mapping of a complex landscape of ~600-700 applications.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Architect and stakeholders like Domain Architects, Solution Architects, and Application Owners to align architecture with business goals.
- Contribute to the creation of architectural blueprints and reference models to guide IT transformation.
- Help define and apply IT architecture principles and standards in line with internal and external requirements.
- Conduct EAM (Enterprise Architecture Management) and APM (Application Portfolio Management) training and workshops.
- Provide architecture-related consulting to IT and business stakeholders.
- Act as a communication bridge between technical teams and architectural leadership.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in IT transformation projects involving multiple applications.
- Experience in developing architecture blueprints and defining IT architecture principles.
- Solid understanding of enterprise IT landscapes.
- Experience or familiarity with enterprise architecture tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Structured, analytical, and independent working style.
Nice to Have
- Experience with LeanIX.
Team & Environment
You will work closely with an Enterprise Architect, Domain Architects, Solution Architects, and Application Owners.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based in Hannover.
