Drive go-to-market strategy and enterprise adoption of stablecoin-based payment infrastructure across Brazil. As a senior individual contributor, you'll own the full sales lifecycle—from identifying strategic prospects to closing multi-year contracts with fintechs, financial institutions, and payment service providers.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles with complex organizations, engaging stakeholders from treasury and compliance to C-suite executives
- Design and execute territory plans focused on high-impact accounts in Brazil’s evolving financial ecosystem
- Conduct discovery workshops, product demonstrations, and pilot programs tailored to client needs
- Build compelling business cases and ROI models that highlight advantages in FX efficiency, settlement speed, and treasury innovation
- Represent the company at industry events and media engagements, positioning the platform as foundational for next-generation payments
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure solutions meet local regulatory and operational requirements
- Provide ongoing market intelligence on regulatory shifts, competitive activity, and customer pain points
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years in B2B enterprise sales, consistently exceeding targets while selling to banks, fintechs, or payment providers
- Proven understanding of cross-border payments, FX flows, and treasury operations—especially within Brazil’s financial infrastructure
- Direct experience selling or using blockchain-based financial products, stablecoins, or crypto-enabled payment solutions
- Established network of senior contacts in Brazil’s financial sector, with the ability to activate opportunities immediately
- Native fluency in Portuguese and professional proficiency in English
- Based in Brazil, preferably São Paulo, with readiness for international travel
