About the Role

This role involves managing and growing key enterprise accounts, developing strategic sales plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Provide regular updates on account status and forecasted revenue.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to inform sales strategies.
  • Participate in sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and gather market intelligence.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Provide feedback and input on product development and improvements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Mentor and support junior team members in their sales efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline health.
  • Identify and address any issues or challenges that may impact sales performance.
