About the Role

Ashby is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive for the EMEA region to spearhead our growth with large organizations. You will own the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation to closed-won, primarily focused on acquiring new Enterprise Accounts with 1,000+ employees. A key part of the role will be proactively sourcing your own opportunities while skillfully guiding strategic, high-value deals.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full sales cycle for Enterprise Accounts (1,000+ employees) from pipeline generation to closed-won.
  • Primarily focus on new logo acquisition.
  • Cover a smaller number of existing business accounts for expansion and upsell.
  • Source >50% of your own pipeline.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Skillfully guide prospects through the evaluation, engaging the right stakeholders at the right time to create consensus for a strategic technology decision.
  • Take pride in internal operations, like real-time CRM updates.

What We're Looking For

  • Proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Comfortable sourcing >50% of your own pipeline.
  • Strong track record in Enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Have closed many $100k sales.
  • Consistently overachieved $1M+ quotas.
  • Have won competitive rip-and-replace opportunities of core/platform technologies.
  • Highly skilled at discovery.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Can confidently deliver micro-demos before engaging your SE partners.
  • Proven ability to excel at clear communication.
  • Detail oriented.

Nice to Have

  • Fluent in German, French, or Spanish.
  • Experience selling to Talent or People leaders.
