insightsoftware is looking for a Consultant (EPM) to implement our Cloud-based Budgeting, Planning, and Financial Consolidation solutions for a range of customers. In this role, you will become an expert in implementing these solutions and serve as a trusted advisor.

What You'll Do

Understand customer data flows and processes for budgeting, planning, and financial consolidations.
Analyze customer requirements to create maintainable applications following best practices.
Use knowledge in Financial Consolidation or Financial Planning & Analysis to provide strategic insights.
Set up, implement, and test components of customer solutions.
Integrate products with customers’ ERP systems and other data sources.
Execute on a project implementation plan with or without direct project manager support.
Accurately record worked hours and monitor project budget.
Demonstrate the business value of insightsoftware solutions.
Bring high energy and an entrepreneurial spirit, contributing creative ideas.
Build and nurture strong customer relationships.
Collaborate with project teams and cross-functional groups to develop innovative solutions.
Provide regular updates to senior management on milestones and achievements.
Work toward a target billable utilization ratio within 6 months.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in Financial Consolidations, Planning and Analysis, or accounting standards.
Solid understanding of challenges faced by finance and the broader business.
Ability to understand and explain business and technical issues related to customer solutions.
Strong Financial Modelling skills.
Experience in a customer-facing services role (consulting) within an organization's Finance function.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple competing tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Corporate Performance Management tools (e.g., Anaplan, One Stream, CCH Tagetik), including understanding multi-dimensional architecture.
Understanding of ERP financial software solutions.
Understanding of the software lifecycle.
