Salt Security is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive — ANZ Enterprise

About the Role

Drive new business development within large enterprise accounts across Australia and New Zealand by identifying opportunities, leading negotiations, and closing deals. Collaborate with technical and product teams to align solutions with customer needs in a high-growth cybersecurity environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within enterprise organizations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Lead full sales cycles from prospecting to contract closure
  • Collaborate with pre-sales engineers to demonstrate product capabilities
  • Understand customer security challenges and position solutions effectively
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms
  • Forecast revenue accurately and consistently
  • Work closely with marketing to align outreach with target accounts
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
  • Drive expansion within existing enterprise accounts
  • Coordinate with customer success teams to ensure adoption
  • Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Focus on long-term account planning and strategic engagement
  • Address technical objections with support from engineering teams
  • Advocate for customer feedback internally
  • Manage complex procurement and legal review processes
  • Promote differentiation in competitive evaluations
