About the Role

Full-Time Bilingual - Spanish - Call Center-Member Service Representative I or II This position is slated to commence on 1/5/2025, necessitating 5 weeks of compensated training at the organizational headquarters in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This is a strictly in-office role located at Ent Credit Union Headquarters, with no remote work options. Required work schedule encompasses Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm (with variable shift times) and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. The Member Service Representative must deliver precise information, actively cross-sell products, and maintain professional, responsive member interactions. Responsibilities include comprehending credit union policies, regulatory compliance, and safeguarding member and organizational assets. Essential Functions for Member Service Representative Call Center I: - Process member requests accurately - Verify member identities using current procedures - Identify and escalate priority issues - Maintain comprehensive product/service knowledge - Provide referrals across lending, investments, electronic banking - Participate in ongoing training - Adhere to Bank Secrecy Act regulations Essential Functions for Member Service Representative Call Center II: - Build and retain member relationships - Answer inquiries and troubleshoot problems - Perform certificate maintenance - Handle online banking inquiries - Resolve member concerns comprehensively - Demonstrate extensive product/service understanding - Submit consumer and business credit card applications Minimum Qualifications: Member Service Representative Call Center I: - High School Diploma/G.E.D. - 6+ months customer service experience (preferred) - Inbound phone experience (preferred) - Sales experience (preferred) - Financial institution experience (preferred) - Bilingual - Spanish Member Service Representative Call Center II: - High School Diploma/G.E.D. - 1+ years combined experience in inbound phone and financial services - Sales experience (preferred) - Bilingual - Spanish Technical Skills: - Strong customer service orientation - Proficient computer skills - Windows and Microsoft Office proficiency - Symitar experience beneficial - Strong communication abilities - Organizational capabilities - Typing and ten-key skills Compensation Ranges: - Member Service Representative Call Center I: $18.75 – $19.75 - Member Service Representative Call Center II: $20.60 - $23.48 Comprehensive benefits package includes: - Health insurance - 401(k) with automatic contributions - Paid time off - Volunteer time - Educational support - Exclusive financial discounts Application closing date: 12/15/2025 Equal Opportunity Employer
