Join Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors as an Enrollments Specialist. You'll be a key touchpoint for new clients, empowering them on their path to financial freedom by guiding them through the enrollment process with professionalism and empathy.
What You'll Do
- Review and process enrollment applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist clients with navigating the online portal, offering support for access and functionality issues.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and distribute necessary documents.
- Make outbound welcome calls and handle inbound client inquiries via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate records of enrollment documentation and correspondence.
- Identify and resolve application issues or discrepancies swiftly and professionally.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year of phone-based customer service experience.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage high volumes of communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a friendly and empathetic approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication best practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- A reliable team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to contribute.
Nice to Have
- Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required.
