About the Role Ansible Health is recruiting a meticulous and proactive Enrollment Coordinator to integrate into our dynamic team. This critical position ensures seamless provider enrollment with participating healthcare plans. The optimal candidate will demonstrate extensive healthcare administrative expertise, exceptional precision, and superior organizational capabilities. This is a full time, remote, 1099 contractor position reporting to the Program Manager. What You'll Do • Oversee payer enrollment applications across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid plans, guaranteeing precise and punctual submissions. • Administer payer portals (including United, Medicare MACs, Medicaid state systems, commercial platforms), maintaining updates to tax IDs, provider demographic information, and group contracts. • Monitor and reconcile enrollment statuses across internal tracking systems and payor platforms to ensure data integrity and workflow transparency. • Investigate and pursue application statuses through payer portals, escalating potential bottlenecks. • Validate revalidations, updates, and corrections are submitted expeditiously to prevent billing interruptions. • Interface with internal stakeholders (credentialing, revenue cycle, operations teams) to resolve enrollment challenges and communicate modifications. • Generate recommendations for process enhancements to minimize delays and improve payer communications. • Execute Athena payer enrollment protocols, updating provider records to reflect current contracts, tax IDs, and group associations. Who You Are • Proficient with systems like PECOS, CAQH, MAC portals, and commercial payer portals • Minimum 2+ years payer enrollment/credentialing experience in healthcare settings • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; capable of managing multiple priorities under strict deadlines • Extraordinary attention to detail and accuracy in provider data management • Robust communication capabilities, adept at collaborating across internal teams and with payer representatives • Comfortable operating independently in a remote, contract environment What Ansible Health Offers • Competitive salary • Work Environment: 100% remote
