Job Description: - You independently manage operational and strategic care for our business customers in the craft sector. This involves creating offers and conducting negotiations with decision-makers from installers across Germany. - You support customers in analyzing their needs, uncover improvement potentials, and attempt to identify solutions through our service and material portfolio. - You proactively collaborate with our business customers using a modern CRM and shop system. - You contribute to building the largest energy company of the 21st century with our highly engaged sales team. - You are happy to come to our headquarters in Berlin or work remotely from Austria and see 50% cold acquisition as an exciting challenge. Qualifications: - You are a likable, open-minded, communication-strong personality and a loyal team player. - Your persuasive power is your passion, and you ideally have sales experience. - You are organized and have a high degree of personal responsibility. - You possess pronounced and proactive self-motivation and are enthusiastic about your goals and closings. - You speak German fluently (C2+).
